I have run Compatability report and not seeing any major issues. So I have to turn most of them on in order to access the game. If I turn off TM:PE the game won't load without a few other mods, I just get a wide expanse of ocean. I have tried turning off all mods and using process of elimination but with no joy.

My port has access to sea routes but nothing comes. My DLC airport is a very large paperweight with high attractiveness and no customers. Not to mention the ARP for the DBD DLC is also kinda silly. Yes, its been given away so many times on so many sites I cant believe they expect people to give more ARP than Lumote for something previously given away.
